Today is our second-to-last at Bear Valley (at least until we return this Fall for our final studies). We’ll finish up on Friday and fly back home on Saturday morning.

The week has been rewarding. Challenging, tiring, but rewarding. And now that it’s Thursday I can see the end in sight and it motivates me to press on and not slow down. After two grueling days, if the end wasn’t for another month, I don’t think I could endure. I don’t think I would have the stamina to make it. But knowing that I just have today and tomorrow gives me the confidence that I can do it.

So I will persevere.

I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 3:14)

The end is in sight for all of us. However long we may have left in life, a year or fifty, we CAN get to our Heavenly finish line. And the reward that’s waiting for us on the other side is MORE than worth it.

Hang on, press forward, don’t quit, and reap your reward someday soon!
