Next month, Lord willing, I will preach a sermon to you entitled “THERE ARE NO LITTLE THINGS,” but this morning, that title got me thinking about something…
Few people have a hard time saying “oh this problem is too big; You take it, God…” but people do sometimes say “oh this problem is too small; don’t worry about it, God; I’ll handle it.” And the next thing we know we have a mountain of small problems weighing us down. It’s good to remember that God can move mountains, but before it gets to that point, we should give Him all those little things that make the mountain we need Him to move!
God wants “the little things” too. Don’t forget that.
“Casting all your cares [little things; concerns] upon Him; for He cares for you”
(1 Peter 5:7)
