Mark your calendars now and make plans to attend our 2024 Family Day. The event will held here at North Heights on September 29th, 2024. Invite your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, secret crushes, worst enemies, that one lady with the cats who just stares at you as you drive to work every morning.
Even cat ladies need Jesus.
Everyone needs Jesus, in fact, and this is your golden opportunity to introduce them to Him. Don’t assume people have already heard and rejected the message. Many have not heard it at all. A generation or two ago, it would be difficult to imagine meeting someone in the south who wasn’t either a regular church-goer or at least a “former” church-goer. Today, with a record number of people selecting “none” as their “church preference” on surveys, you’re literally more likely than not to run into someone who isn’t a regular or even a “former” attendee.
Bob Turner will be our guest speaker for Family Day weekend and he has a saying he loves to share when talking about evangelism:
Everyone has the right to hear the Gospel once before I hear it twice.
Find that person who hasn’t heard it once and invite them to worship with you for Family Day. See you then!
