Has it ever occurred to you…

…that nothing has ever occurred to God?

 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Isaiah 55:8-9

We spend too much time trying to figure the hard things out, and we say things like: “What am I going to do!?” and “How am I going to fix this?!”

We don’t always know what to do; the solution is sometimes staring us in the face and we can’t see it. Sometimes the answer just doesn’t occur to us…but has it ever occurred to you that nothing has ever occurred to God? He always knows. He always has always known. He always will always know.

He has the answers.

That’s a comfort.
