Children’s Library

SPIRITUAL AND AGE-APPROPRIATE BOOKS | OPEN TO OUR MEMBERS

After services, head down the hallway to our Children’s Library; you’ll know when you’ve found it because the chatter of happy youngsters will give it away. Even if you don’t plan on checking out a book, just pop your head in and smile at the little children who typically congregate there. While parents are visiting after Bible Class and worship, their kids are often in the library, snuggled in a bean bag chair, or perched inside a pup-tent, reading a book or chatting with a friend.

Our members (kids!) can check out two books at a time, read and enjoy them, and then bring them back for more. On the surface it seems like such a quaint and simple idea, but a lot of hard work went into it (we’re so thankful to have Laura Rumans and everyone who had a hand in designing the room and gathering the books) and a lot of joy comes from it. Check it out for yourself and I promise you will leave with a smile on your face.

Our Children’s Library is just one more example of how we help bring our little ones to Jesus!
