This morning I woke up in the comfort of my own bed with those that I love close by sleeping soundly without a care in the world. That is not the case for some in the Nashville, TN area. So I prayed.

I saw pictures of destruction and disarray in the homes, cars, businesses, and buildings all around this beautiful city. Yesterday everyone went about their daily lives. This morning things are different. So I prayed.

I read posts from friends and fellow Christians who have lost loved ones and are struggling to keep it together. So I prayed.

I was encouraged to see the quick actions from the Church of Christ Disaster Response Teams ready to get to work helping people rebuild and piece together all that was lost. So I prayed.

That’s what I know I can do now. I can pray.

I can pray for Nashville.

Can you pray for Nashville?

I love you,

Alexander
