Over the next several weeks at NHCOC we have opportunity after opportunity for you to be involved, to serve, and to be together with your church family. Make sure to take advantage of these precious times. God has blessed us with growth even in the midst of trying times and to show our gratitude let’s keep active and work for the Lord in His Kingdom. Here’s few events to mark your calendar with  so that you can plug yourself in:

    • Bible Hour – We have had a great response from you on being a helper for Bible Hour and there is always a need for people to help but the greater need is a few people to volunteer to actually TEACH during this time. Right now, Lauren Williams is the only one down to teach week after week and this obviously can not go on long. Please let her or Margaret know that you would be willing to be in a rotation to teach these sweet kids!
    • Summer Bible Classes – Classes will be kicking up in a few weeks for the Summer quarter and there are a few teaching spots that need to be filled for this program, too. Look at the board in the foyer and put your name down in a blank spot ASAP!
    • Family Safety Presentation – On April 23, from 6:30 to 8:30, we will offer a family safety program for our congregation. If you are interested in attending, register using the signup sheet in the foyer so preparations can be made.
    • Senior Sunday – On May 2nd will take the time to honor those that are graduating in 2021. Shawn Mobley will be preaching and there will be a special event that afternoon with tables set up for each senior. Also look for the Bibles in the foyer to leave a note in for each 2021 graduate.
    • The Good Book It – We will have a celebratory pizza party on May 16th right after morning worship celebrating the good work our kids did on Wednesday nights this Winter.
    • Summit Youth Rally – Mark your calendar for our annual Summit Youth Rally for the weekend of June 4th-6th. Spencer Furby will be our Keynote speaker that weekend!
    • Church Picnic – Mark your calendar for June 13th for our annual church picnic at Future Fuel Park. We will have a whole lot of FOOD, FELLOWSHIP & FUN!!!

Aren’t you thankful that we can be involved together serving the Lord and His Kingdom at NHCOC?
